Amer is a development professional with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of policy-making, program design, and organizational leadership. He has advised governments and worked with leading international organizations such as UNICEF, Save the Children, World Vision International, Church World Service, and World Vision Sweden on child protection, community mobilization, education, health, and rights-based initiatives. He has led multidisciplinary teams, managed multi-million-dollar development projects, and advanced strategic communication, digital media engagement, and evidence-based policy advocacy to strengthen institutions and deliver sustainable impact.
Building on his academic strides at Lund University, Sweden, Amer also brings expertise in mental health, leadership development, and psychosocial well-being. He has conducted high-level trainings for government bodies, NGOs, and international partners, developed organizational capacity, and provided strategic guidance to both public and private sector institutions.
At Civexa Advisory, Amer combines his strengths in policy engagement and organizational development with his background in mental health and psychosocial support, enabling a holistic approach to advancing effective and impactful solutions.

He has worked with organizations including the United Nations, Greenpeace, DigitalNordic, and the NordPak Foundation, building bridges between digital innovation and business goals.
